Pet Policy

This community accepts up to 2 pets per apartment. We have no weight limit. A $250 pet deposit; $250 non-refundable pet fee for pets over 12 months of age/$300 non-refundable pet fee for pets under 12 months of age. There is a $25 per month pet rent per pet. Vet’s certification must be received prior to move in, a pet addendum signed, all fees paid and your pet has been viewed and approved by management. Please ask for a copy of the pet agreement for more details. Due to safety concerns Bull Terriers (Pit, Staffordshire, etc.), Rottweiler’s, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, American Bull Dog, Wolf Hybrids, Shar Pei’s, or mixed breeds with these bloodlines will not be allowed. If your pet resembles any of these bloodlines it could be denied. Cats must be spayed/neutered (kittens before 1 year old). Exotic and farm animals are not permitted; exotic pets include snakes, gerbils, ferrets, reptiles, etc.

CATS: Your cat must be spayed or neutered. DOGS: There is no weight limit. Service/Companion Animals do not require pet rent, deposit or non-refundable pet fee but are required to abide by pet policies and must be registered with the office.

Directions

From I-25: Exit 135, Go west onto Academy/Hwy 83. Take a right on the 2nd exit which is Westmeadow Drive. Then after taking Westmeadow drive take another right, opposite of Fort Carson Gate 3, and continue up Westmeadow Drive to the top of the hill; the property is on the left hand side. From Hwy 115 (Nevada Ave): Go south on Hwy 115, turn left on Cheyenne blvd and a right on Westmeadow Drive. We are the second apartment complex on the right when you are driving up Westmeadow road.
